These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by CloudTechtiq Technologies Pvt. Ltd, including cloud infrastructure and IT solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the company.

We provide a range of IT infrastructure services including private cloud, GPU cloud, dedicated servers, managed cloud (such as AWS), and a billing/order management platform.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion to maintain performance and innovation.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account credentials secure at all times.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or not.

Our services must be used only for lawful and legitimate business or personal purposes.

Activities such as hacking, distributing malware, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited.

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without prior notice.

All services are billed in advance based on selected plans or usage. Timely payment is mandatory to ensure uninterrupted service.

Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension or termination, and all fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance through reliable infrastructure and proactive monitoring.

However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues, and does not constitute a breach unless covered under a separate SLA.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless backup services are explicitly included in their plan.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or recovery issues arising from system failures, user actions, or cyber incidents.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect infrastructure and data from unauthorized access.

However, customers are responsible for securing their own applications, credentials, and access controls within their environment.

Some services may depend on third-party providers such as AWS or other platforms. These services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes originating from third-party providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if there is a violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements.

Users may also discontinue services as per the agreed billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or revenue.

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding three months.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of service usage.

This obligation continues even after termination of services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time as our services evolve.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
